1. Questions regarding products: Is a certain size/color available?
When you have clicked a product, you can choose the preferred right away. If your size or preferred color is not in stock, browse it again in a few days. In the condition that some products are not available, we will source new batches of unavailable products and updates status of them instantly.
2. How can I order online? And can I order by telephone?
After you have registered as a customer, you can conveniently order online. Click on the products of your chose, choose the fit size and suitable colour, and add items to cart by clicking “Add to cart”. You can resume shopping by clicking “Continue shopping” and add further products or check your saved items by clicking “View cart”. The number of products in your cart and the total amount to be paid is displayed immediately. Then click on “Go to Checkout” in order to choose your payment method and pay your order.

3. How do I determine my hat size for a perfect fit?
Determining your hat size is not difficult at all and usually only takes a few seconds. Our experience tells us it is very important to know fit size; it would be a terrible pity, especially high-quality hat, if too big or small to wear. 1. Can I change my order afterwards?
We endeavor to send your parcel soon as possible. Therefore, it is not possible for us to change goods for you after shipment.
2. What payment methods are available?
At present, we only offer you one payment method:
Customers shall provide card number, expiry date and verification code (CVV) of the card if customers would like to pay bills through this method. There is no need to concern payment security problems for advanced key encryption having been inlaid to our system.
As a registered customer, you can easily change the payment method before payment. Unfortunately, it is impossible to change payment methods after your order has been completed.
3. Has my payment already been received?
If something goes wrong and you fails to receive a confirmation of shipment, then we suggest you contact us by E-mail.
4. Where is my parcel? Can I track my order?
The time shipment for your order usually takes only 2-3 workdays after placing an order. As a registered customer, you can get information on the status of your order at any time in your customer account. You can easily track and check your parcel to see real-time information.
5. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

3. How can I register on BERETHAT ? And is it necessary?
Registering on BERETHAT is quick and easy. You will find the login area by clicking on the corresponding icon at the upper-right corner of the shop page. Enter your email address and your password (twice) after clicking “New customer”. In the following steps, we need your address and your preferred method of payment. The registration is completely safe and free for you.
Registering is not absolutely necessary, but it is useful. You may also order once as a guest. However, in order to track your order or to order quickly in future, we recommend you create a new account.
