If you have some problems in quality, please keep the original box in good condition and then contact our customer service staffs to return the goods according the address we provided. We will give you a refund within 5 workdays after you provide the return number. 

Work Flow on Returns
1. The website submits refund requirement to the third party payment platform.
2. The third party payment platform submits refund requirement to beneficiary.
3. Beneficiary submit the refund to customer’s payment bank.
4. Customer’s payment bank refund to customer’s account.

As the refund is not the operation involving the company only, the user will receive the refund within 30 days after we submit the refund requirements.
